台北市東區兩名男子在KTV喝酒後，疑似互看不順眼發生口角糾紛，之後又在人行道上爆發肢體衝突，1人受傷，警方到場緊急將他戒護送醫，全案依社會秩序維護法送辦。
警方和救護人員來到騎樓邊，幫一名全身是傷的男子包紮傷口，因為這裡剛剛發生了打架事件。警方vs.救護人員：「好，來，123。」
事情就發生在台北市大安區忠孝東路四段上，受傷的周姓男子與另一名陳姓男子在KTV喝酒後，因為互看不順眼，發生口角糾紛，兩人要離開時，再次發生口角爭執，之後便在人行道爆發肢體衝突。目擊民眾vs.記者：「（所以你有看到他們打架？）對，（什麼事情知道嗎？）就突然打起來。」

警方迅速將受傷的周姓男子戒護送醫治療，而涉案的陳姓男子則是由員警帶返所，要釐清案情。
