台中市和平區環山部落平等國小附近森林，二十二日下午發生火警，台中市消防局梨山分隊出動二車六人，並通報林務局，由於天乾物燥、火勢猛烈，且起火點位在稜線，加上取水困難，火勢不易撲滅，消防局申請空勤隊派直升機吊掛水袋協助滅火，初估火災燃燒面積約三、四公頃，起火原因有待釐清。

昨日下午環山部落平等國小附近上方的松柏農場流籠頭處森林發生火警，台中市消防局獲報出動梨山分隊二車六人、梨山義消分隊出動十人前往協助。
由於起火處位在棱線，連日未下雨，天乾物燥，加上山區風大，取水困難，火勢難以控制，消防局申請空勤隊出動直升機，以吊掛水袋協助滅火，火勢約在一小時撲滅，火災面積約三、四公頃，所幸無人受傷。
