出生於四川的趙露思，曾到彰化明道大學就讀「時尚造型學系」，還擔任過系上模特兒，上台走秀。據悉，她本身愛吃辣，加上想念家鄉味，所以時常煮四川料理與同學分享，之後她更在學校美食街賣起餛飩，甚至每天一大早都會到彰化的菜市場挑選豬肉，還親自包餛飩。而手藝極佳的她生意非常好，不少老師、同學都會特別和她預訂餐點。
她當時在校園擺攤的背影照也被翻出，照片中可以看到她綁著公主頭，穿著灰色吊帶背心、白色短褲，站在鍋爐前專心地煮著餛飩，且因她外型出眾、皮膚白皙，還獲得了校園「雲吞（餛飩）西施」的封號。
