民進黨基隆市立委參選人、市議員張秉鈞疑涉詐領助理費，基隆檢調20日搜索張的服務處，並將他帶回調查，今(6/21)也遭聲押，張秉鈞雙親也同列被告，也遭聲押。民進黨發言人張志豪表示，民進黨尊重司法調查，如有不法情事，勿枉勿縱，至於其提名是否受影響，大選提名策略小組將針對後續情況進行充分討論。
據了解，大選提名策略小組下次會議訂於下周二召開。
基隆民進黨現任立委蔡適應放棄連任，張秉鈞今年4月底自民進黨立委初選勝出，當時他以17.44％支持度出線，勝過同為市議員的對手鄭文婷16.88％、張之豪13.06％，且該此次民調「無明確人選」者高達52.62％，張秉鈞被控涉詐領助理費且遭聲押，是否會影響提名，下週二將有定奪。
